Partner Sales Manager

We are looking for a technically oriented and visionary Partner Sales Manager to join our Global Technical Sales and Portfolio Management team to lead our partner strategy and ecosystem and develop it further to strengthen customer value propositions and sales cases. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for building strategic collaborations that enhance our product portfolio and customer value.
In this new role you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing a variety of partnerships, ranging from joint solution development to reseller agreements. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, product management, and R&I to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership strategies. You will define and drive partner onboarding processes, partnership programs and follow-up with progress of agreed work packages.
In addition, your tasks will include supporting the sales teams by enabling them to leverage partner solutions in customer engagements. You will gather market insights, understand customer and industry requirements, analyze the competitive landscape, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning. You will shape how we position our solutions and collaborate with partners to meet evolving market needs and define customer value propositions.

Main responsibilities
- Define and execute the partnership strategy, identifying different types of partnerships and their strategic value
- Build and manage relationships with technology partners
- Coordinate joint solution development projects with product teams, including those with partners like Afore and Delft Circuits
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration and technical integration
- Track and report on partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue
- Collect market insights and analyze customer needs and competitive dynamics to support strategic decision-making to supplement our offering
What we expect from you
- Technical background (engineering, systems, or related field) with experience in partnership management
- Proven experience in understanding market and customer requirements
- Proactive and visionary thinking; you identify and categorize partnership and customer opportunities effectively and come up with proposals for improvement creating solutions that support account teams and sales cases
- Independent decision-making skills; you take initiative confidently and show strong ownership of your decisions
- Strong networking skills; you feel comfortable reaching out and building new relationships
- Persistency and goal-orientedness; you drive agreements to completion with structured follow-up and coordinate efficiently with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborative mindset; your can-do attitude drives you to actively seek input and support from colleagues when needed
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
We also appreciate
- Knowledge of cryogenic equipment
- Hands-on experience in probe cards or wafer probing, semiconductive materials or cryoelectronics
- Understanding of thermodynamic process principles or thermal conductivity
- Ability to plan and define go-to-market strategies
- Experience in business development – especially within quantum computing
