Our Logistics team is now looking for a Trainee to support our great growth story. This position will give you valuable experience in international trade and logistics processes, helping you build skills for your future career. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth import and export operations for our high-tech products.

In this role, you will gain versatile and important knowledge in global logistics and documentation. We expect you to have a mindset for high quality, drive, and ability to learn. You would be a perfect fit if you have studies in logistics or international business and a positive, detail-oriented approach to work. 

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting daily import and export tasks 

• Preparing export/import documentation 

• Submitting import clearances 

• Communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders 

• Assisting in shipment tracking and resolving delivery issues 

What we expect from you

• Studies in logistics, international business, or other relevant field 

• Strong communication skills in English (our work language is English) 

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn 

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Basic knowledge of office IT programs

• Previous experience in logistics or related tasks 

• Ability to work independently 

• Problem-solving and proactive attitude 

• Good communication and teamwork skills
