Our Reception-team is now looking for a summer Trainee to support the great growth story of ours. Position in this team will support your studies and helps you to gain work experience and enhance the possible future career plans of yours. You would be a perfect fit to the team, if you are, for example, a student in the field of Business Administration. Previous work experience in customer service is seen as great advantage but the most important thing is your can-do attitude! 

In this position you will be the first point of contact to our visitors and everyone coming to our headquarters. You will answer and forward incoming phone calls, make meeting arrangements, maintain office equipment and supplies, as well as take care of various other tasks to support our whole organization - there are no two similar days, even though your work includes also routine tasks. You feel at home working in an international environment with colleagues and visitors from many different cultural backgrounds, while having a mindset for high quality and great customer service. 

To succeed in this role, you are a positive team player with good communication and problem-solving skills and express a proactive can-do attitude. You want to be the warm and effective heart of Bluefors and definitely feel like home in rapidly changing situations. You are prompt and careful pro of organizing and want to offer exceptional customer service to both our visitors and Blueforsians. Our work language is English on daily basis, but in this position, you need excellent command of Finnish as well – this position offers you a great opportunity to improve your strong communication skills even further.

Main responsibilities:
