Summer Trainee for Wiring Assembly

Our Wiring Assembly team is now looking for two Trainees to support the great growth story of ours. One position will be in our COAX/HDW team and the other in TWP/Stock team. Position in Wiring team will support your studies and helps you to gain work experience in the field of high-tech product manufacturing and enhance the possible future career plans of yours. Our team produces high quality assemblies and wiring options for our systems and customers.
Your tasks will include assembling and testing various type of Wiring-products as an equal team member. You will be making all the assemblies from scratch with accuracy and ability to concentrate. We expect you to have a mindset for high quality, drive, and ability to learn. You would be a perfect fit to the team if your studies are from the field of electronics (vocational school or electrical engineering) or micromechanics (e.g., Finnish School of Watchmaking).
To succeed in this role, it is required to have the basics skills of soldering and knowledge of multi-meters and other measurement equipment used in electronics assembly. Positive and hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently within a great team takes you a long way. We expect you to be genuinely proud of what you do, and you do it meticulously.
The Wiring Assembly team is a tight group of passionate professionals from different backgrounds and nationalities, and this is a great opportunity for you to develop yourself as a future professional. Main responsibilities:
Assembling and testing multi-pole fine lead wirings
Sensor manufacturing and testing
Low temperature RF line manufacturing and testing
What we expect from you
Basic skills of soldering
Knowledge of multi-meters and other measurement equipment used in electronics assembly
English language skills
Open-minded, curious, and positive attitude
Hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
Quality oriented and meticulous approach to work

Please note that this position requires you to have the legal right to work in Finland for the entire duration of the traineeship. Bluefors does not provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this summer trainee role.
