Our Quality & Finishing team is now looking for a Summer Trainee to support our great growth story. This position offers you valuable work experience in high-tech product manufacturing and a chance to enhance your future career plans. The Quality & Finishing team plays a vital role in ensuring one of our core values: high quality. Now we want to find an enthusiastic and meticulous person to join us as a Summer Trainee. 

Your tasks will include quality control of machined parts, preparing the parts for further processing, and assisting in various departmental tasks. You will work closely with a team of passionate professionals and gain hands-on experience in a high-tech production environment. 

To succeed in this role, we hope you have experience or knowledge in industrial quality control and measuring equipment (such as calipers and micrometers). You should be able to read technical drawings, have an eye for detail, and be a fast learner. A positive and hands-on attitude, combined with the ability to work independently and within a team, will take you a long way. 

The Quality & Finishing team is a tight group of passionate professionals from different backgrounds and nationalities. Our work language is English on a daily basis, so this is a great opportunity to improve your communication skills even further. 

Main responsibilities:

• Quality control of machined parts 

• Preparing the parts for further processing 

• Assisting in various departmental tasks 

What we expect from you

• Experience in industrial quality control and measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer) 

• Ability to read technical drawings 

• Systematic and careful way of working and commitment to high quality and safety 

• Positive, service-minded attitude and ability to react to rapidly changing situations 

• Good teamwork skills 

• English language skills, both written and spoken

• Technical experience in the metal industry 

• Knowledge of ERP system usage
