As the Director, Business & Portfolio Management, you will oversee the business performance of our full product portfolio, ensuring pricing, profitability, and lifecycle decisions support our strategic goals. You will lead the Portfolio Meeting governance forum and drive product roadmap decision making with strong alignment across Product Management, Offering Development, Operations, Sales/Marketing, and Finance. Your work ensures that business cases are sound, roadmaps are well‑founded, and the organization makes disciplined, data‑driven decisions.

Main responsibilities:
Drive portfolio‑level prioritization across new products, lifecycle actions, and R&D investments.
Lead pricing strategy and profitability management; drive initiatives that improve gross margin.
Lead the Portfolio Meeting, ensuring clear decisions, strong content quality, and strategic alignment.
Own the long‑term (3‑year) business plan and annual product‑level business plans.
Review and challenge business cases, pricing proposals, and roadmap updates.
Monitor product creation program progress and support prioritization and risk escalation.
Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment on GTM, pricing, operations, and lifecycle decisions.
Lead key strategic initiatives, including 2026 delivery model development and Incubation/IOU ways of working.
Strengthen portfolio governance, business accountability, and data‑driven decision making.
What we expect from you
10+ years of experience in product, portfolio, or business management in a tech or manufacturing environment.
Proven business management experience (pricing, P&L, business cases, margin).
Strong understanding of R&D and product development processes.
Experience in leading cross‑functional governance or steering forums.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
Experience in deep‑tech, hardware, or complex systems is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with portfolio governance frameworks.
