Finance Trainee

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented student to join our Finance team, where you will work closely with experienced professionals in accounting, management reporting, and business planning. Your tasks will include processing invoices and travel expense claims, as well as handling daily accounts payable activities. You will support our Group Business Control team in various management reporting tasks and participate in developing reporting templates that help guide our decision‑making. In addition, you will contribute to maintaining accurate master data to ensure smooth financial processes across the organization.
We are looking for someone who is studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field—typically at least in the third year of B.Sc. studies—and who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in both practical accounting and business planning. You work systematically, proactively, and accurately, and you enjoy balancing routine tasks with problem‑solving. You communicate confidently in both Finnish and English and are comfortable using MS 365 tools, especially Excel. You collaborate well with others while also managing independent tasks responsibly.

Previous experience in similar roles, such as accounting, accounts payable, or financial administration, is considered an advantage. What we expect from you
At least 3rd year B.Sc. (Econ.) student or equivalent
Systematic, proactive, and accurate working style
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Good MS 365 skills (especially Excel)
Excellent command of Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Motivation and interest in accounting and finance
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
