Pay range: $19.71-28.85/hr DOE

Position Summary
This position is responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective customers, preparing sales quotations, and issuing order acknowledgements upon receipt of formal purchase orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information.
Process customer orders and revisions in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address and resolve customer needs.
Communicate customer concerns promptly and effectively to appropriate stakeholders.
Perform export compliance screenings in alignment with Bluefors policies.
Review purchase orders, contracts, and applicable terms and conditions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School diploma/GED with six months to one-year related experience and/or training; Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with export compliance screenings is highly preferred.

Computer proficiency, including data entry and processing (Microsoft Office and Outlook required).
Experience with ERP systems and CRM software preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

This job operates in and out of a professional office environment. This position will have work that may be in an office or manufacturing setting. This position interacts with both internal and external customers in a professional, courteous manner, while keeping information confidential as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and copiers. While in the manufacturing environment, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; heat; cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud. Mandatory PPE must be worn as required.
