As the Director, Measurement Infrastructure, you will lead the end-to-end product development domain within advanced cryogenic systems—owning the journey from validated Proof of Concept to scalable, high-performance products. You will be part of Bluefors' Offering Development function — the organisation that takes technology from research into market-ready products. In this role, you are accountable for technical excellence, delivery, quality, and cost across the portfolio, ensuring solutions perform reliably in ultra-low-temperature and high-sensitivity environments. You will work closely with our Research and Innovation team, receiving validated technology and owning the path from proof of concept to scalable, delivered product

What we expect from you:
Advanced degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or similar
Strong experience in RF measurement systems (cryogenic experience preferred)
Proven leadership in complex engineering portfolios in deep-tech environments
Experience owning product cost targets and driving design-to-cost in a product development environment
Strong system-level thinking and ability to balance performance, cost, and delivery
Experience as a senior technical authority in a specialized domain
Experience working with customers in complex B2B environments
Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style combining technical depth with execution focus
Experience in research-driven environments with iterative development and evolving requirements
