As an IT Specialist, you will take ownership of our Microsoft 365 platform and help drive its development, governance, security, and user experience. You will work closely with IT colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure our digital workplace services support the needs of a growing international organization.

Main responsibilities:
Own and develop the Microsoft 365 platform, including administration, governance, security, compliance, and service development
Manage and enhance SharePoint Online, including business solutions, projects, and vendor collaboration
Develop and administer endpoint management services together with the IT Specialist responsible for endpoint lifecycle management, including Intune, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and device governance
Contribute to Microsoft Purview initiatives, including information governance, retention policies, sensitivity labels, and data protection
Design and implement automation and business solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 services
Develop Microsoft 365 cybersecurity capabilities, including Conditional Access, information protection, and compliance controls
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital workplace improvements and continuous service development
What we expect from you
2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including governance, site management, collaboration capabilities, and solution development
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management within the Microsoft ecosystem
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, information protection, compliance, data governance, and Microsoft 365 security best practices
Experience developing solutions and automations using Microsoft technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently drive initiatives and coordinate external partners
Good written and spoken English skills
We also appreciate
Experience with Power Platform, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
Understanding of Microsoft 365 cybersecurity and information protection capabilities
Experience managing external vendors and technology partners
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Finnish language skills
