Home of the cool-headed and warm-hearted.
We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our Wiring Assembly production unit, where high-quality wiring products are manufactured and tested for use in some of the coldest operating environments in the world. In this role, you will have a direct impact on product quality, process excellence, and continuous improvement while working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality Management, and R&D teams. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and driving quality in a fast-growing high-tech manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Interested? Keep reading!
Your tasks will include driving and supporting quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives within the Wiring Assembly production unit. You will participate in Lean Six Sigma projects, Kaizen activities, 5S implementation, and other quality and process development efforts aimed at improving efficiency and product quality. You will maintain and continuously develop quality management documentation, work instructions, and standard operating practices while acting as the process owner for production quality documentation.
In this role, you will investigate quality issues and non-conformities, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and support root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities. You will monitor and analyze quality performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate the handling of non-conforming materials and products. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help improve supplier, component, and manufacturing quality while supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. In addition, you will lead and contribute to quality improvement projects, provide guidance and training on quality-related practices, support risk assessments and process validation activities, and help strengthen a positive quality and safety culture across the organization.
We are looking for someone who combines a strong quality mindset with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills. You have a degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing technology, or a related field, or you have gained equivalent expertise through practical experience. Ideally, you have previous experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production quality and understand the principles, tools, and methods used to maintain and improve quality performance.
You are familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices, and you are comfortable using data and structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. You approach your work with a hands-on attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will work with teams across multiple functions. We value individuals who are proactive, resilient, and able to work independently while managing competing priorities effectively. Fluency in English is required, as it is our daily working language.
What could make you stand out is additional expertise in quality and process improvement methodologies and experience working in demanding manufacturing environments. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, or familiarity with audit processes would be highly beneficial in this role.
We also appreciate experience in high-tech, electronics, wiring assembly, cryogenics, or precision manufacturing environments, where quality, traceability, and process control are critical. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand relevant engineering standards and specifications would be an advantage. We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy improving processes, solving quality-related challenges, and collaborating across functions to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
